Step by step guide

Download cursor

Go to the cursor page, click "Download free" → choose Windows.

Download the ZIP pack to get all files.

Extract files

Extract the ZIP file. Inside is install-windows folder with .CUR / .ANI files.

Right-click the ZIP → Extract All.

Install cursor

Right-click install.inf → choose Install. Windows installs the cursor automatically.

No .inf file? See manual install below.

Apply in Windows

Go to Settings → Mouse → Additional mouse settings → Pointers → select cursor.

Click Apply then OK to save.

Manual install (no .inf file)

  1. 1Copy the .CUR / .ANI file to C:\Windows\Cursors\
  2. 2Open Control Panel → Hardware and Sound → Mouse
  3. 3Select the Pointers tab
  4. 4Click the cursor type to change (e.g. Normal Select)
  5. 5Click Browse → find the file you copied
  6. 6Click Apply → OK
